xFinity issues - you must go through SM - #TomKarinshak this is horrible when some issues "conversation with a person" especially dealing with services! Call resulted in a different companies "pitch" horrible CS!

@comcast is the worst Customer Service ever. Nobody knows how resolve issues. They deny to transfer you with a Supervisor. Then somebody for an different department call you and have no clue about the issue. They call you back and when you return the call, nobody knows anything.

@comcast so unbelievably frustrated with you. 4 times I have contacted CS to stop a router delivery, twice we were told it was taken care of and yet the router was just delivered to a house we don’t live at!!!! Someone needs to fix this immediately.

@comcastcares When I get my backup network, going to connect a webcam facing the cable modem and will just send the Comcast tech a link when they ask which lights are blinking.

Finally a text from @Xfinity to tell me a Tech is coming (at a time that requires me to cancel a previous obligation)! But JK!!!! A text says the Tech is here, but he must be invisible because an hour and a half later, still no one.

Really just want to shout out @Xfinity for having some of the consistently worst customer service I’ve experienced. Moving my entire apartment was easier than getting my modem in my new place set up.

Officially dumping AT&T Fiber and going back to Xfinity. AT&T might be faster “when it works” but Comcast is more reliable. The lag spikes I get while gaming with AT&T are awful. Never had that problem with Comcast.

Come ON @comcast 9 days in a row with our internet on and off. Can't get ANY work done! Called in. No appts for DAYS. We are on our 3rd tech when we know it's a street issue. All the neighbors are out too. So sick of not getting a LIVE person! Begging for help. #palmbeachF:

@kmmcpherson1 @CenturyLinkHelp true. the only thing xfinity does better is faster tech support and they have money to fix problems on their end. centurylink takes so long to speak to a human as well as they won’t fix issues on their end unless you petition

Here’s an idea for @comcast Instead of having a salesman call me, try a program of random calls from an actual tech person: “Hi there! Are there any things you’d like to change about your experience? Any nagging issues you haven’t called about?”
