  • 1 cup short grain white rice
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup rose water (Golab)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Step 1

Soaking rice shortens cooking time as the grains absorb water. After the soaking time is complete, drain the rice thoroughly.

Step 2
