@julieannemery @Ask_Spectrum JA, there is a phone app that you can get called Down Detector. It shows the sites that are having problems and their recent connection history. I searched for Spectrum and they are having a lot of problems. Their outrage map is a kind of 'sucks to live where you are' display.🧐

@Ask_Spectrum here we go again, over 2 weeks with mobile app not working on tablet, first call they said they will call me back in 72 hours never happened sent today said the other agent NEVER escalated anything g and that te k my thing he can do is ..... escalate my issue......

@GrecianFormula @jhanover33 @DIRECTV @ATT Signal interruption, faulty equipment, over worked (under staffed, under trained, and under equipped) field techs are the norm in consumer cable. Both tv and internet.Suddenlink/altice (mine in a new subdivision with supposedly all new infrastructure) is as bad as spectrum/twc.

@GetSpectrum My internet is down. I called support and after navigating the IVR for 3 minutes I finally made it to the queue, and there was only silence for about a minute then the call dropped. Unacceptable. I rely on service to work from home. You are affecting my job & $$$

@GetSpectrum So.....here we are 12 hours later and STILL little to no internet service. From this point on we will be deducting 50 dollars from our bill for each hour that our internet is below high speed or out altogether. If we eventually reach $0, then we will NOT pay our bill

@GetSpectrum my elderly mom wanted cable I called and was quoted $65 plus fees and tax from Paige (Spectrum’s rep) she assured me with discounts from the emergency broadband would be around $75 a month. Phone was installed Dec 15, hadn’t Rec a bill but got a phone call saying

@GoodGameBro @firebaalke91 @GetSpectrum Spectrum is hard wired in my area too as far as traditional ISPs go but I do have Verizon and T-Mobile internet as an option. They're using 5G cell signal to provide internet. Is it not like I'm in your area?

@GoodGameBro @GetSpectrum I also had Spectrum for a while, but I’ve been able to switch to ATT Fiber and haven’t looked back. Wish you could do something similar, Spectrum is terrible.
