@GetSpectrum my elderly mom wanted cable I called and was quoted $65 plus fees and tax from Paige (Spectrum’s rep) she assured me with discounts from the emergency broadband would be around $75 a month. Phone was installed Dec 15, hadn’t Rec a bill but got a phone call saying

@GoodGameBro @firebaalke91 @GetSpectrum Spectrum is hard wired in my area too as far as traditional ISPs go but I do have Verizon and T-Mobile internet as an option. They're using 5G cell signal to provide internet. Is it not like I'm in your area?

@GoodGameBro @GetSpectrum I also had Spectrum for a while, but I’ve been able to switch to ATT Fiber and haven’t looked back. Wish you could do something similar, Spectrum is terrible.

@GoodGameBro @GetSpectrum Take a look at Verizon, they have in Home 5G network for internet access just like Spectrum. I know when I was in downtown Cleveland I got 750 down and close to 200 up.

Twice this week @Ask_Spectrum your service has crashed at inopportune moments when I needed or wanted the service that I pay for. Service outages are not acceptable - especially when they repeat. Buffering is already horrible with your service. Zero internet is worse.

@GetSpectrum supervisor and was going to get back to me this evening or tom, never once was told they were going to shut her phone off, even though I told them this was my mom’s only way of communicating due to 1 of the cutbacks was to shut her cellphone off. Please Help!!!

@Ask_Spectrum I moved one year ago and had to make a new Spectrum account for some reason. Then I get a collections letter about old equipment? So I send a check. Then my credit gets hit, and I see the first check was never cashed. I sent a 2nd check before christmas.

@GetSpectrum I’m ready to thrown in the towel. Your internet service is so spotty it’s hard to justify the premium to have marginal coverage.I tried but think it’s time to switch to T-mobile for more reliable service at less of a monthly cost. My rural T-mobile is better.
